Step through the main door, and you'll find yourself in a stone-lined castle hallway complete with a life-size suit of armor. Beyond, lies the tasting room and gift shop (open every day - 11:30 to 6:00 on weekdays, 11:30 to 5:00 on Saturday and 12:00 to 5:00 on Sunday), complete with a unique array of gifts and up to eleven ales available on tap for growler fills. The brewery makes dozens of different types of ale, changing all year round, so visitors are always eager to sample what's in the tasting room
