British Pale Malt, wheat & oats give this beer tons of body without lingering sweetness.
Fermentation starts in our open fermenters with a proprietary yeast strain sourced from a brewery famous for their hazy IPAs. During fermentation we transfer this beer to a closed tank and then hit it for a total of over 3 LBS of dry hops (Citra, Mosaic & Cascade) over multiple additions.
Notes of Citrus, Pineapple & bubble gum.
No attempt has been made to clarify or stabilize this beer. As a result it is both hazy and fragile. Drink this beer as soon as possible.
