From the North:
  •  
 Take I-81 South to Exit 20
  •  
exit onto Franklin St.
  •  
Turn right onto Erie Boulevard
  •  
Travel 0.2 mi and turn Right onto Plum St.
  •  
Turn Left onto Wilkinson St.

These are the directions to Avoid the road construction of 690

From the South:
  •  
 Take I-81 N to exit 18 for Adams/Harrison
  •  
Merge onto Almond St.(sontinue straight off exit)
  •  
Turn left at Erie Blvd E/RT-5
  •  
Turn left at James St/RT-5
  •  
Turn left at Plum St.
  •  
Turn right at Wilkinson St.

These directions will once again be usable after 690 Road work has been completed.

From the South:
  Take I-81 N to 690 West
  Take 690 to Exit 11, West St.
  Take the first exit off West St. (Rt 5, Erie Blvd.)
  Go straight at signal onto Plum St.
  Turn at the second Left  onto Wilkinson St.
